Zedwell to open new hotel at Bank Junction in historic London landmark building

The development will transform 1 Princes Street, a prominent Grade II listed property located next to key landmarks including the Bank of England and the Royal Exchange. These rooms will include advanced soundproofing, purified air systems, and ambient lighting aimed at enhancing guest comfort. In line with its digital first approach, the hotel will offer self check in and digital key access, supported by round the clock AI powered assistance. This model reflects a shift in the hospitality industry toward automation and streamlined guest experiences, particularly in high density urban environments.
Company executives said the project is intended to balance heritage preservation with modern hospitality needs, while also addressing a gap in the market for affordable yet high quality accommodation in central London.
